Welcome!

We're glad you're here

Who We Are

Faith Community Church is a place where people learn to love God, love each other, and follow Jesus passionately. You are welcome here no matter where you are at in your spiritual journey, and we believe FCC can play a vital role in making it more meaningful and fruitful. You can expect a friendly welcome, biblical teaching, passionate corporate worship, and a place for your entire family. We'd love to see you at any of our three weekend services: Saturday 6:00p, Sunday 8:00a (traditional), and Sunday 10:15a.

Why We Exist

Our Purpose...

We exist to develop passionate followers of Jesus Christ. Together we must pray to our God, praise our God, reach our world for God, apply our spiritual gifts for God, and yield ourselves to the Word of God.

Our History...

Faith Community Church began as a home Bible study in 1976, and has grown to over 400 adults, youth, and children attending worship services each weekend.

Welcome

We encourage you to use this site to discover who we are and what we are about. You can even watch a live stream of one our services on the watch page. The best way to get know us, however, is to visit us for a weekend service. Come join us on Saturdays at 6:00p or Sundays at 8:00a or 10:15a - we would love to meet you!

Greg grew up right here in Davis, Illinois, attending Faith Community Church from birth. He then moved to Elgin, Illinois to work on his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Ministry from Judson University. After graduating in 2011, Greg moved back to the area, and "walked out of the corn field" (as Youth Pastor Jason Payne puts it) to join our staff full-time in the summer of 2012. Greg married his wife Emily, whom he had met at Judson, in March of 2013. They welcomed their first child, a son, in 2014. He enjoys riding ATVs and dirt bikes on his family's farm and playing sports any chance he can get, including church softball each summer.
